The Rentstart office is closed on Weds 24th, Thurs 25th and Fri 26th December, re-opening on Mon 29th and Tues 30th for appointments only.
We are then closed on Weds 31st Dec and Thurs 1st Jan, reopening on Friday 2nd Jan.

If you are a tenant in one of our properties and there is a property issue that cannot wait, please report it on Fixflo, but if it is an emergency then call 01372 466987. Please note that Rentstart is not an emergency service so if the issue poses an immediate risk to health, life, property or environment, then contact the appropriate emergency service on 999; if you need medical advice or treatment quickly and cannot wait for an appointment to see your doctor, call 111.
Rough Sleeping
If you are reporting a rough sleeper then please do so via the StreetLink website.
If you are sleeping rough and you wish to access the Molesey Churches Winter Night Shelter, then please call them on 07908 777475 for a direct referral.
If temperatures drop to 0 degrees or below, then emergency accommodation maybe available for anyone sleeping rough via Elmbridge Borough Council’s Severe Weather Emergency Protocol (SWEP). Please refer to the Elmbridge Borough Council website.
