If you are sleeping rough or know someone who is, please contact us on 01372 477167 or email hello@rentstart.org - if you are reporting someone who is sleeping rough, then please also do so via the StreetLink website.
If temperatures are severe (eg drop to 0 degrees or below), then emergency accommodation maybe available for anyone sleeping rough via Elmbridge Borough Council’s Severe Weather Emergency Protocol (SWEP). Please refer to the Elmbridge Borough Council website.

Rentstart is not an emergency service so if the issue poses an immediate risk to health, life, property or environment, then contact the appropriate emergency service on 999. If you need medical advice or treatment quickly and cannot wait for an appointment to see your doctor, call 111.
If you are a tenant in one of our properties please report all property issues on Fixflo which will offer guidance about what to do. If Fixflo does not help and it is a property emergency that cannot wait, then then call our Rentstart property out of hours emergency line on 020 3757 7246 - please note we cannot call back unless a message is left.
