18-30 Wellbeing Support
This needs a strapline that summarises the project clearly
Life can feel overwhelming if you’re dealing with more than one challenge at once.
Locally, many young adults are struggling with:
Mental health issues
Homelessness or insecure housing
Substance misuse
Involvement with the criminal justice system
My name is Cyrus and I’m one of the support workers at Rentstart for young adults aged 18–30.
Alongside The Hope Hub, We are proud to be part of a new partnership with Guildford Action, Oakleaf, and a wide network of professionals. Together, we’ve launched a new project to provide intensive, one-to-one support for local young adults who are facing very complex challenges and who may be at risk of suicide
Our experienced frontline team will walk alongside you, offering consistent, non-judgemental support tailored to your needs. We’ll start with the basics — making sure you have somewhere safe to stay and food to eat — and then support you to set and achieve personal goals that matter to you.
Everything we do is guided by feedback from people with lived experience, so that the support we offer is the support that truly makes a difference.
Our approach
Person-centred care – Support is shaped around you and your circumstances.
Partnership working – We link up with health, housing, and justice services so you don’t have to face challenges alone.
Crisis prevention – We focus on preventing suicide and tackling the root causes of distress.
Empowerment – We help you build skills, confidence, and hope for the future.
Alongside supporting individuals, we’re committed to raising awareness in the wider community about:
Poor mental health
Suicide prevention
Homelessness
We want to tackle stigma, encourage open conversations, and help our community better understand the realities faced by young adults most at risk. project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Together, we can make a difference
This project is built on the belief that no one should face complex challenges alone.
We’re excited about what we can achieve through this new partnership — and about the difference it will make for some of the most vulnerable young adults in our community.ke a minute to write an introduction that is short, sweet, and to the point.

“It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.”
